What to expect from us:
We will help you to become an expert within your field of recruitment
We will mentor you through each stage of the recruitment process
We will provide you with training and support to help you learn about the sector, process and then build on your skills to be able to take control of your monthly income
We will educate you in the art of client relationship management
We will teach you how to manage a full 360 recruitment desk
We will teach you how to effectively interview and profile candidates
We are looking for someone with the following attributes:
A strong academic background or previous sales experience
A positive attitude and a desire to be successful
Articulate, outgoing and extremely financially motivated
Tenacity and proactivity with a can-do attitude
Can work effectively within a team
Can take direction and looks for constructive feedback
Strong communicator and comfortable on the phone
A basic understanding or interest of the manufacturing and engineering industry
Strong use of Microsoft Office and Excel

Innova Search offer a very generous salary and commission structure that is there to be earnt.
Whilst your salary is not capped you could potentially take home up to £45,000 in year 2!
