Candidate Terms of Business
The following is a legal requirement under the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003. We are unable to assist you until you have agreed to these terms.
Agreement to Innova Search Candidate Terms of Business Innova Search and Selection Limited T/A Innova Search are to provide you permanent recruitment services that is to say we will act as an agency as defined under The Employment Agencies Act 1973.
You authorise Innova Search to seek work on your behalf.
You understand that Innova Search will undertake checks to confirm my Identity, Address & Eligibility to Work in the UK/EU.

Data Protection Statement and Candidate Declaration
The information that you provide on this form and on any CV given will be used by Innova Search to provide you work finding services. In providing this service to you, you consent to your personal data being included on a computerised database and consent to us transferring your personal details to our clients. We may check the information collected, with third parties or with other information held by us. We may also use or pass to certain third parties information to prevent or detect crime, to protect public funds, or in other way permitted or required by law. I hereby confirm that I am in good health and have no unspent* criminal convictions (excluding minor speeding or parking fines). I can also confirm that I am eligible to work in full time permanent employment for any UK/EU employer. You have my authority to seek references from previous employers and upon successful placement by Innova Search I confirm that you are able to seek references from my current employer. I confirm that to the best of my knowledge the information contained on my CV is correct and true. I have omitted no facts that could affect my future employment and accept responsibility if it is found that I have deliberately given false or misleading information. I will inform Innova Search immediately of any circumstances that may affect my work, such as changes to health, subsequent pending prosecutions or convictions, which may arise whilst I am registered for permanent, temporary/contract or interim work. I acknowledge and agree that should Innova Search introduce me to a company and my application is unsuccessful I will not approach the company with a direct approach for at least 12 months. Instead should I wish to be reconsidered I will contact Innova Search to request that they resubmit / introduce my details. I agree that the above information given on my application may be used for registration purposes under the Data Protection Act, 1998. I confirm that upon successful job offer and verbal acceptance I authorise Innova Search and its nominated agent to approach credit referencing agencies, educational establishments and government agencies where appropriate to verify the information that I have given.
